Information about the position

Professionals Nord works to staff and recruit the right competence for companies throughout Norrbotten. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for an account manager with strong sales experience who thrives in a role where activity, business acumen, and relationships are at the center. This is the job for you who loves sales and wants to work with larger deals, more important relationships, and more complex closures. You will work closely with our consulting managers who take over the recruitment process once the contract is signed – allowing you to focus fully on customer relationships, sales, and business development. Job responsibilities

As an account manager, you will drive the entire sales process from start to finish. You will:

  • Prospect and engage new clients

  • Call companies and book qualified meetings

  • Conduct professional client meetings

  • Identify needs and develop customer-specific solutions

  • Drive business forward and close deals

  • Build long-term relationships and collaborations

  • Project manage larger training initiatives

In this role, you will drive business that requires high business acumen, strategic thinking, and a secure close. You will focus entirely on relationships and sales, while our consulting managers take care of the recruitment process once the contract is in place.

We are looking for someone who masters the entire sales process and has proven experience in creating results in a performance-driven environment. You do not need to have worked in our industry before, but you must have experience in achieving set goals and be able to demonstrate results.

You:

  • Have documented sales experience with good results

  • Are unafraid of cold calls, closing, and follow-ups

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to working towards clear goals

  • Are relationship-building, business-minded, and good at listening

  • Are self-driven, persistent, and motivated by influencing your own salary

  • Have the ability to package and present solutions professionally

  • Want to work with larger, more qualified deals

A driver's license and fluent Swedish are required.
